Welcome to

BonjourBridal

1. HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?

Contact Us and let’s get started! Tell us your session of interest, date of interest and location. I will then send over packaging info, next steps and a personalized electronic signature when you’re ready. For weddings, the signed contract + security deposit, saves your date! Before these, please note, no date can be held.

2. HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

For makeup/hair sessions,  50% deposit is due at booking, with the remainder due by the end of our scheduled session date. Photography sessions  require a 20% deposit with the remainder due by the end of our scheduled session date.

3. HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?

You can pay by Venmo, Zelle, cash, Wechat, Alipay.

4. DO YOU EDIT ALL THE PHOTOS?

Yes! I hand select the best images that thoroughly tell your story and edit each one individually (color grading,  exposure correctio)!

5. WHAT IF WE ARE NOT PHOTOGENIC?

I get this concern all. the. time. And every time I do, it’s never ever true! You do not need to worry or pose your way through our session- It’s my job to give you direction, make this fun and squash that fear of yours! I place high value on authenticity, so think of our session as more of a hangout with your family, or a date with your person. I am here to capture connection, and if you love the ones you’re with, there is no faking or forcing that. It will shine through and surprise you.

6. WHAT DO WE DO IF THE FORECAST IS RAIN?

If it rains on your wedding day, do not panic! I will scout your venue for good light and rain cover for your photos. We can adjust and go with the flow as needed. For engagement or family sessions, I’ll be checking on the forecast leading up to our chosen day. If it looks like rain, I’ll contact you to reschedule- unless you’d like to play in it!

7. WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?

I quote  4 weeks for portraits and engagements, and 6-8 weeks for weddings is our normal turnaround time

8. HOW WILL WE RECEIVE THEM?

Each session is delivered through an online gallery with the ability to instantly download all high resolution files, share and order prints as desired. Wedding packages include a USB  flash drive as an additional keepsake.

9. HOW MANY IMAGES CAN WE EXPECT?

For any session, I guarantee 100 images per hour of shooting. However, the average number of photos I deliver for an 8 hour wedding day is more than 800 photos. For portrait sessions and engagements, you can expect 150-300 images.

10. What kind of equipment do you work on?

We use the top of line Sony A7R4 and Canon Full Frame cameras with a whole array of lenses, flashes and so on. We also use different lighting equipment to fit the needs of any locations that you choose. At wedding, we use two camera bodies  so we will make sure we capture everything even you book just one photographer.

11. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF A SECOND SHOOTER?

Second shooters are optional, however, very helpful and can be added onto any package. I cannot be in two places at once, and although I optimize the time and space during each wedding day, having a second person allows for optimal coverage and opposite angles during different portions throughout your day.

12. IF WE NEED YOU TO STAY LONGER AT OUR WEDDING, IS THAT AN OPTION?

It is! Just note that if you decide you need me to stay longer, an additional fee per hour of coverage will be added to the invoice.

13. SHOULD WE SEND YOU A SHOT LIST?

Nope! I like to docment the day as it unfolds naturally and will capture every important detail as it happens. Unless there is something very specific that is not typical for a wedding day, you can be at ease. The only list I’ll need is a family photo list for those group shots following the ceremony. This allows me to direct that portion of the day quickly and efficiently so that everyone spends less time smiling at the camera and more time hugging you and those who came to celebrate you!

14. WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?

For pre-wedding photos and maternity photos, we do provide dresses that you could choose for no extra fee.

For engagement or portrait, anything that feels most comfortable and represents YOU. Avoid distracting patterns and huge logos, and I highly suggest neutral colors that compliment the environment we choose to shoot in. For instance, if we are shooting in nature, low-key colors will enhance your skin tones and the beauty around you, where as loud colors can pull focus from your vibrant personalities. We want the focus to be on you! Anything flowy that creates movement is always a fun plus.

If you need further assistance, don’t sweat it, I can help.
